These Terms of Use govern the use of the Evlenelim mobile application and the website mhlm.eu, published by MHLM.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Evlenelim, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of the service

Evlenelim is a mobile dating and matchmaking application. The service is provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Registration and account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Evlenelim
• The information provided at registration must be accurate
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• Only one account per person is allowed

4. Rules of use

It is prohibited to:

• Publish illegal, offensive or misleading content
• Harass or threaten other users
• Impersonate a third party
• Use the application for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to compromise the security of the service

5. Intellectual property

The Evlenelim application, its design, code and content are the property of MHLM. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

MHLM cannot be held liable for interactions between users or for content published by users. The service is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in the event of a violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
